We have no hidden fees, commissions, or environmental fees.
Our price is for a one-time filling of one bin. It covers delivery and disposal up to container capacity.

Driveways are one of the most common places customers ask to place a container. Due to the weight of the container and the truck, there is a risk of damage to the track, for which we are not responsible. We recommend protecting the surface on which the container will be placed with several 4×8-foot plywood sheets or 2×10-inch wood blocks.

The loading level is indicated on each dumpster. Follow the sign and do not go beyond the dumpster. Overloading the garbage can poses a safety hazard on the road.

Please do not throw the following hazardous materials in the trash:

-hazardous waste, dirt, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids)

-flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.)

– antifreeze, appliances, petroleum-contaminated soil/lead paint chips, tires, e-waste (electronic waste), batteries, computers, televisions, mobile phones, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, medical waste, asbestos, railroad ties, animals, barrels, all liquids

Dirt, brick and concrete are all acceptable materials but when mixed with trash can put you over the tonnage capacity very easily. Please separate whenever possible.

We provide prompt service. When your dumpster is ready, call or email us and we’ll have your dumpster removed within 48 hours.

Always check with your local municipality for requirements regarding dumpster permits. Bawaste is not responsible for obtaining dumpster permits nor are we responsible for any fines incurred for failure to comply with city regulations. If your job site is in the city of Philadelphia, you can call the Philadelphia Streets Department Permit Unit at 215-686-5500.

Note: In Philadelphia, customers are required to acquire a permit when the dumpster is located on a city street or sidewalk. Dumpsters must be on plywood and covered with a tarp when not in use.

lf service (delivery, removal, switch out, dump & return, relocate, etc.) is scheduled but not performed due to “a customer’s onsite or last-minute change request, a wasted trip fee of $100 to $200 (based on location) is typically charged. All service change requests must be made prior to the driver heading to your location in order to avoid wasted trip fees.
